ph.modern Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ph.modern," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the ph.modern platform at phmodern.bio, operating under a valid PAGCOR license.
• "Platform" means the ph.modern website at phmodern.bio, including all subdomains, game interfaces, cashier systems, mobile-optimized views, and associated digital infrastructure.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Wallet" means the real-money balance held in your Account on the Platform, available for use on eligible games and services.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph.modern pursuant to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are distinct from real-money Wallet balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which ph.modern verifies the identity and eligibility of players as required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating and licensing legal gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary or mandatory restriction applied to a Player's Account that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or service offered by ph.modern, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, game-specific terms, and promotional terms referenced herein or published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and ph.modern. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

ph.modern reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the current version of these Terms regularly at phmodern.bio/terms-conditions.

Access to and use of the ph.modern Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions applicable to online gambling operators in the Philippines.
• You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and entirely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a Self-Exclusion order at ph.modern or any other gambling platform regulated by PAGCOR.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by ph.modern for breach of these Terms or any other applicable rules.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person in your use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ph.modern or any of its affiliated game providers.

ph.modern reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure pending compliance review.

To access real-money games and services on ph.modern, you must register and maintain a single Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph.modern Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. ph.modern's systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with anti-fraud policies.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ph.modern bears no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph.modern strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility unless ph.modern is notified immediately of unauthorized access via our 24/7 support channel.

An Account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. ph.modern will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Applicable inactivity fees, if any, are disclosed in ph.modern's current fee schedule. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by contacting customer support and completing any required re-verification.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph.modern is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) of all players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at registration or at any point during the player's use of the Platform.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing name and number)
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering protocols

ph.modern will process submitted KYC documents within two (2) business days under normal circumstances. During promotional periods or high-volume periods, processing may extend to five (5) business days. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion. ph.modern accepts no liability for delayed withdrawals resulting from a player's failure to submit required documentation in a timely manner.

All funds deposited into your ph.modern Wallet are held on your behalf and may be used exclusively for participation in games and services available on the Platform. ph.modern does not pay interest on Wallet balances.

ph.modern accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

Funds deposited by players are strictly player funds and are maintained separately from ph.modern's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements. ph.modern does not use player funds for operational expenses.

Players may set voluntary deposit limits within their Account settings as part of ph.modern's responsible gaming framework. Deposit limits may be decreased immediately upon request. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

ph.modern is not responsible for declined or delayed transactions resulting from restrictions imposed by the player's payment service provider, bank, or e-wallet operator. Players should contact their payment provider directly regarding declined transactions not caused by ph.modern systems.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money Wallet balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account is fully verified (KYC complete).
• There are no outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds linked to the Wallet.
• The Account is in good standing and not subject to any investigation, suspension, or review.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold published in the Cashier.

ph.modern processes withdrawal requests on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — within 15 to 30 minutes; Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) — within one to three business days; USDT TRC20 — within one hour under normal network conditions. These are target timeframes; actual processing may vary due to payment network conditions, third-party processing delays, or compliance reviews.

ph.modern reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds verification, enhanced KYC review, or transaction history clarification. This is a PAGCOR-mandated anti-money laundering obligation and is not discretionary for ph.modern compliance operations.

ph.modern offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified Account.
• Each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full.
• ph.modern reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• ph.modern reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, collusion, or any other fraudulent conduct in connection with a promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

Players who wish to decline bonuses may do so by contacting customer support before the bonus is credited. Once credited, the bonus terms apply in full.

All games offered on the ph.modern Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are published and reflect the certified figures provided by each game studio without modification by ph.modern.

Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers operating from licensed broadcast studios. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time and are not subject to RNG certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, the following applies:

• Where the outcome of a round cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the bet will be returned to the player's Wallet.
• Where an outcome was determined before the technical fault occurred and was recorded in ph.modern's game server logs, that outcome stands regardless of display errors on the player's device.
• ph.modern's game server records are the authoritative record of all game outcomes and override any display anomalies on the player's side.

Players who believe a game outcome was incorrectly recorded may file a dispute through the customer support channel within seven (7) days of the occurrence. Disputes not raised within this window will not be investigated.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ph.modern Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any non-human means to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in any game or Platform component for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to artificially influence game outcomes, particularly in poker, blackjack, or multiplayer games.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ph.modern for any purpose inconsistent with genuine gambling entertainment.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any compliance review.
• Attempting to reverse or chargeback a deposit after corresponding Wallet funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph.modern staff or other players through any communication channel.

ph.modern is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for eligible adults — it is not a financial strategy and carries the genuine risk of financial loss.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph.modern players through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend Account access for a short defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

A player who self-excludes at ph.modern must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account, using a different payment method, or accessing the Platform through any other means. ph.modern's systems apply exclusion markers against registered details including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method identifiers.

By registering an Account, you consent to ph.modern processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as required by PAGCOR licensing obligations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

ph.modern will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process transactions through licensed payment processors, or as necessary to provide gaming content through licensed game providers.

All content on the ph.modern Platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, game assets, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and the ph.modern brand name — is owned by or licensed to ph.modern and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or any commercial use of any Platform content.

Unauthorized use of ph.modern's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

• ph.modern provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• ph.modern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• ph.modern's total aggregate liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• ph.modern is not liable for losses arising from network failures, internet service interruptions, device malfunctions, or any technical issue outside of ph.modern's direct control.
• ph.modern is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to adequately secure their Account credentials or for unauthorized Account access resulting from the player's own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph.modern's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players must first raise the dispute through ph.modern's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. ph.modern will respond to formal disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a written complaint containing full details of the issue.

Players who are dissatisfied with ph.modern's resolution of a dispute related to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR player complaint channels.

ph.modern reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph.modern will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be stated clearly at the top of the updated document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment. ph.modern will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money Wallet balance following Account closure in accordance with the withdrawal terms then in effect.
